In India, one of the most accomplished scientists was Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. Due to his involvement in the creation and operationalization of India's strategic missiles, he is known as the "missile man of India." He played a key role in the creation of SLV-3, India's first satellite launch vehicle. From 2002 to 2007, Dr. Kalam presided over India as president.

Interacting with kids and students was the one thing Dr. Kalam truly enjoyed doing. He has written fifteen books on various subjects. Throughout the world, his books were translated into numerous languages. REVIEW

Ignited Minds is a beautiful book authored by the former president of India, late Shri A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. The book presents a vision plan to take the nation forward, toward a glorious future. It inspires the readers, particularly the young ones, and ignites their minds to strive for a new and better India.

The reader is successfully drawn into the novel from the very first page. It starts off with a motivational conversation amongst five legendary figures from history: Mahatma Gandhi, Albert Einstein, Emperor Asoka, Abraham Lincoln, and Caliph Omar. The conversation occurs in Kalam's dream. It immediately engages consciousness and emphasises the value of self-realization. In his explanation, Dr. Kalam suggests that we use our inner strength to help us navigate challenging circumstances in life.

There are nine chapters in Ignited Minds, each of which focuses on a different theme. These topics vary from spirituality and patriotism to knowledge society and scientific learning. Each chapter begins with a quotation from a notable individual and ends with a synopsis of the key points covered in that chapter. Dr. Kalam also documents his interactions with individuals from many social classes in his writings. These people include representatives from various religions, academics, politicians, businesspeople, and kids.

Reading Ignited Minds is appropriate for readers of all ages. The book is written in straightforward English in a conversational style. Stories from the life of the late Shri Kalam are included in each chapter. The readers gain a lot from these tales in terms of self-assurance and a sense of unity. He does a good job of succinctly highlighting some of the major problems the nation is facing. Young readers can easily understand them because of this.

It is not hyperbole to suggest that every word in the book serves as motivation for both young and old readers.
